If you are unable to visit our service centre, you can also arrange the defective product to be mailed or couriered to us. We can also arrange the replacement unit to be delivered back to you subjected to delivery charge and administrative fees. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding this service.
Important to Note:
- Limited warranty period is 12 months from date of purchase.
- Customers are required to print out and bring the receipt emailed to them upon purchase, along with their faulty product.
- Returned product must include full packaging and items included in the box.
