Please reserve the item you would like to redeem to prevent wasted trips.

You may do so by:

If you make a reservation via email, please wait for our acknowledgement before heading to the redemption centre.


Redeem before the expiry date

If you are unable to redeem the item before the expiry date, please check with the issuing organisation as to whether they can make an extension.


Documents to bring

CXA: Please print and bring the hard copy of the redemption voucher.

Banks: Please bring your voucher and credit card for verification. 

Other organisations: Please bring the items specified on your gift certificate, voucher, letter, etc.
