Please note that should the number of participants who have received a queue number exceeds the Customer Care Centre’s operating hours, the issuance of queue number will end 1 hour before the stipulated closing time.
**** If you exchanged your faulty NSC4 tracker for an AXTRO Fit 1, kindly note that the warranty period starts from the original date in which you collected your NSC4 tracker and not on the date of exchange to AXTRO Fit 1. To check your warranty eligibility, you can call 1800 567 2020 or email stepschallenge@hpb.gov.sg .
