1. What is "Workout Mode"?

    Workout mode enables you to time and track a specific workout (eg running) and it monitors your heart rate continuously on a higher frequency. The display would also show your current heart rate, heart rate zone as well as the duration of the workout.

  2. How do I start / stop the "Workout Mode"

    To start the workout mode, navigate over to the screen which shows your heart rate. Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds to start your workout.

    When you would like to end your workout, simply press and hold the button for 3 seconds. You would be shown a workout summary page consisting of your steps, distance, duration and average heart rate for the workout. Press and hold button for another 3 seconds to get back to the normal mode

  3. Does "Workout Mode" consume more battery?

    In short, yes. When in "workout mode", the heart rate sensor is working at a higher frequency then in normal mode which consumes more power.
