Only electronic products have a 12-month, limited warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage caused by end-user or wear and tear.

Exchange Policy
Products categories that are eligible for a 7-day exchange policy are Swimwear, Apparel, Goggles, Caps, Accessories, Technical Products and Pool Equipment.
*The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels/packaging/factory seal attached. If your item is eligible for exchange, you may head down to the service centre.
