Please be informed that All National Steps Challenge Customer Care Centres will remain closed. Participants who wish to exchange their faulty HPB fitness trackers may do so when services at the Customer Care Centres resume. Fitness tracker warranties that expire during the closure period will be extended to facilitate tracker exchanges after the Customer Care Centres resume their services. Participants who require assistance during this period may contact us at stepschallenge@hpb.gov.sg.
