Your AXTRO Fit 2 would sync automatically with your phone's date & time upon initial pairing and subsequent syncing with Healthy 365. In the event of a discrepancy between your tracker and smartphone, kindly try the following steps: 1. Try manually syncing the tracker by pressing "Sync" button on Healthy 365 2. Try syncing using "Sync For Friend" function on Healthy 365, you would be required to select your tracker ID which is shown on the last screen on the tracker 3. How To Charge AXTRO Fit 2?
AXTRO Fit 2 comes with a magnetic charging cradle. Connect the USB plug into a USB port (5V, 0.5A) and attach the cradle to AXTRO Fit 2. When the device is charging, a charging indicator would be shown on the tracker screen. When the battery is full, the screen will display "Charge Complete". It should take around 2 hours to fully charge the tracker. Best Practices: 1. Always ensure that the AXTRO Fit 2 and magnetic charging cradle is completely dry before charging 2. We recommend using a good quality low-power USB adapter of 0.5A to prevent damage to the tracker 3. Charging via power bank is not recommended as AXTRO Fit 2 draws a low current in which power bank might not detect and fail to supply power to the tracker. 4. How to pair my AXTRO Fit 2 to Healthy 365?
AXTRO Fit 2 must be paired to the participant’s account before participant can start using it. The tracker will be paired to the participant’s profile at the point of collection (HPB's Community & Mega Roadshow, Collection By Appointment). Once the tracker is paired, participants just need to start moving and sync their fitness records to the Healthy 365 mobile app at least once every 7 days. If you purchased AXTRO Fit 2, it will need to be paired to the Healthy 365 mobile app using Bluetooth®. Please refer to video below on Bluetooth pairing.

For non-smartphone users, the tracker will be paired to during collection at our roadshows or at the National Steps Challenge Customer Care Centres. Participants will need to ensure that their fitness records are synced at a Healthy 365 Kiosk at least once every 7 days, or by using the Sync for Friends function on the Healthy 365 mobile app on another participant’s smartphone. Please note that the Healthy 365 kiosks will only operate until 31 August 2020. After the Healthy 365 kiosks cease operations, individuals without compatible smartphones will still be able to participate in the National Steps Challenge via alternative syncing methods (e.g. Sync for Friends).
How To Replace Strap For AXTRO Fit 2?
To replace the strap, simply pull out both ends of the strap away from the tracker. Moderate force is required to remove the strap, however do take care not to exert excessive force as it might damage the tracker.
How Long Does The Battery Life Last For AXTRO Fit 2?
Under normal circumstances, AXTRO Fit 2 would last around 5-7 days between charges. However, frequent use of workout mode, turning on screen and syncing would result in significant decrease in battery life. In the event your tracker runs out of battery, it is designed to retain memory for up to 24 hours. Thus, we recommend charging the tracker within that period to retain the memory to be synced back to Healthy 365.
Changing Watch Face Design For AXTRO Fit 2
AXTRO Fit 2 comes with 2 watch-face options, a digital and analogue design. To switch between watch-face, simply press and hold the touch button for 3 seconds when you are on the watch screen. The tracker only displays time in 24-hours format, there is no option for 12-hours format.

Syncing Issue With Healthy 365 / AXTRO Fit 2
If you are facing issues syncing your AXTRO Fit 2 with Healthy 365, there might be several factors that are causing the issue. Here are some of our recommended steps that you can try in sequential order to remedy your issue: 1. Force close and reopen Healthy 365, and let the app sync with the tracker automatically 2. Manually sync the tracker by tapping on "Sync" button on Healthy 365 3. Turn off & on: Wifi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth. For Android devices, kindly ensure that your tracker is not paired to your phone under the Bluetooth setting (under your phone setting). If it is paired, unpair it. 4. Turn off and on the tracker 5. Use "Sync For Friend" function on Healthy 365 6. If you're in a place with a lot of wireless devices, move to a more isolated place to prevent possible interference 7. Try to sync at a later time, occasionally when there are high volumes of syncing. The server would take a longer time to sync the data causing the sync to be incomplete. Turning On & Off AXTRO Fit 2
How To Turn On AXTRO Fit 2? To turn on your tracker, press and hold firmly on the button for 5 seconds. A loading bar will appear displaying "AXTRO Fit 2", wait for the tracker to load fully before it enters normal mode. Alternatively, charging the AXTRO Fit 2 would also turn on the device automatically. How To Turn Off AXTRO Fit 2? To turn off the tracker, tap to the last screen displaying ‘power off’ then press and hold firmly on the home button for 5 seconds. Tap again to confirm and the tracker will turn off. The tracker is designed to operate continuously (24/7), hence it is not necessary to turn it off every night.
What happens if I go to a country with different time zone? Will my steps and MVPA duration be counted?
The Healthy 365 mobile app is a local app that follows the Singapore time-zone. If your mobile phone has been reset to the new time-zone, there may be inaccuracies in the steps and MVPA duration synced or you may lose some steps and MVPA duration clocked in the different time-zone.
When does National Steps Challenge Season 5 start?
National Steps Challenge Season 5 will officially kick off on 26 October 2019. While participants may sign up for the Challenge on the Healthy 365 mobile app and collect their HPB fitness tracker earlier, participants will not be able to earn Healthpoints from clocking steps and MVPA duration before 26 October 2019. Healthpoints may only be earned from 26 October 2019 onwards.
